The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., except on the second Saturday of each month for Art Walk Easthampton when we will be open 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. We are also working musicians, so please call ahead concerning Saturdays. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon. To HOLD any item, we require a 20% deposit, refundable only as credit towards an alternate purchase. There is a 24 Hour Approval Period on instrument. (This means 24-hours after the buyer receives the instrument, the sale is FINAL, unless Luthier's Co-Op is notified within that 24-hour period.) All Amps sales are Final. Any Returns must be authorized in advance Returns will only be issued within 24 hours of the time of delivery to buyer. Instrument must be returned in same condition as shipped. Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable. Buyer pays for prompt return shipping. Buyer is responsible for proper packaging of instrument, insurance and shipping of return within 24 hours of return authorization, and will be held accountable for damage to any instrument returned. Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered. Layaway Policy: 20% Minimum Down Payment Required. Refundable only as credit towards an alternate purchase. Balance to be paid off within a reasonable, agreed-upon, time frame. There is no Approval Period on layaways.
