Shane is a professional musician and luthier who was Frank Lucchesi's apprentice for many years before Frank's unexpected passing in September 2007. Trained by Frank in all aspects of repair, restoration, fretwork and set-ups, Shane adheres to the strict standards set forth by his mentor. At the Coop, Shane is our resident "wire nut" and self-professed tone snob. He has become an expert in wiring upgrades to any electric instrument and can bring out a tonal quality in your guitar you never thought it had!
